a great doctor
Dr. Pridjian is a caring and capable Urologist Robotic surgeon. What impressed me most was his kind and caring presence, his ability to make and keep commitments, proactive communication, amazing urological skill and his ability to lead and work with a team of doctors. You get the feeling you are in good hands right way after meeting Dr. P.

So grateful!
We were SO happy to be referred to Dr Pridjian. His bedside manner is unrivaled and he explains everything so well. We he told my husband that he needed his prostate removed for prostate cancer, we were really scared. He told us all of our options (which were many!). And we decided to have robotic prostatectomy. The surgery went great ! He was in very little pain and actually got erect with his catheter in !! There was very little leakage after the catheter was removed and he was full dry within a week.I can’t thank Dr P enough for saving my husband’s life. He has brought love and hope back to our family. I would recommend to anyone that has a prostate , kidney, or bladder problem.

I can wholeheartedly say that Andrew is an exceptional urologist. From the moment you meet him, you are met with professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Andrew possesses a rare combination of intelligence, kindness, and a great bedside manner that makes you feel not just seen, but genuinely cared for. His expertise in urology is evident from the way he explains complex medical conditions in understandable terms, ensuring that you're informed every step of the way. His approach is patient-centered, always taking the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and involve you in the decision-making process regarding your treatment options. Moreover, Dr. Andrew's kindness extends beyond his medical knowledge. He shows genuine compassion and empathy, making what can often be an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible. His demeanor is reassuring, and his ability to connect on a personal level distinguishes him from many others in the field. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Andrew as their doctor. Amazing doctor
Dr Pridjian performed a radical prostatectomy on me last month. I never took any narcotics after I went home. He was able to spare my nerves and now it’s Christmas Eve and have no urine leakage and no cancer. Amazing gift. My family is SO thankful that we were referred to him

Made a Difference for ME
He explained the procedure, he listened. The surgery to remove the prostate, though difficult was executed just as he had explained. The team began immediate follow up to see how things were progressing. Recovery went exceptional well, and I only used aspirin for pain. Two weeks later we were in Germany for a river cruise having the time of our lives. Thanks to my team and Doctor.

Do not use this practice
I had a prostatectomy in December 2022. The doctor used the robotic method to perform the surgery. He damaged the nerve associated with arousal. The post-surgery care I received was horrible. I saw the doctor once while in the hospital. I was bruised from mid-back to mid-thigh with no explanation from anyone as to why. After surgery, I returned to my original urologist associated with a totally different practice. Now nine months later, Urology Specialists of Atlanta has not honored requests for medical records and its nearly impossible to speak with a person to get medical information I need for insurance reasons (I have left several messages with no return calls.)

When I found out I was diagnosed with bladder cancer I had never been so scared. I was referred to Dr. P to talk about the surgery. He told me to get chemotherapy and then have my bladder removed. He gave me the options of creating an entire new bladder on the inside of me or a bag on the outside... I ended up choosing the bag after a long discussion with him. I had the surgery a few months ago and I'm doing great. His bedside manner was really great. I'm so thankful for him.

I cannot thank Dr. Pridjian enough for the amazing care he gave me. He performed a robotic partial nephrectomy on me. I had many questions prior to my surgery and he answered all of them in detail. From my first office visit to the end of my recovery, Dr. Pridjian was very polite and compassionate. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr Pridjian recently performed a robotic simple prostatectomy on me for BPH. The results were outstanding! Dr Pridjian’s mild manner and approachable personality make him an outstanding doctor. He explained all aspects of the operation and what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Simply the best.
