Dr. Andrew Pierce, MD

Dr Pierce is very patient, understanding and listens. This review is for the actual Doctor, not the staff or building. Dr Pierce has been a life saver, especially during this pandemic and was able to squeeze me in as a new patient in March. I highly recommend Dr Pierce - he has been working with me for my depression and high anxiety.

Terrible is the only word that comes to mind when dealing with this office.

My daughter needed to get in to see Dr. Pierce as she needed to have her medicine adjusted, which Dr. Pierece had instructed her to not wait as long as she had the last time. She was following his orders and when the office was called the staff are very rude and make no attempt to show any understanding for the issue. I realize that HIPA limits a lot of what the staff can do to assist but dang they don't need to be so rude.

Very unhappy that the 3 hours a day are not convenient for the working class, furthermore, the staff is too intrusive. I was needing to speak with Dr Pierce regarding a critical issue, and could not come in. The staff reluctantly took my information, and I was called back by someone other than Dr Pierce, and was told that Dr Pierce wouldn't personally return phone calls. After working in a clinical setting, I've NEVER worked for any physician who refused to personally speak with a patient.

Dr. Pierce truly seemed to understand my problems having the dreams and really wanted to find the right meds to help. Others ive seen made me feel like they just wanted to give a certain pill or pills like as if they got a bonus from that manufacture. Thank you Dr. Pierce for all you do Chad C
