D. Nance takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. He gets your opinion on what you think should be done he is always there for you from a doctors stand point I’m currently pregnant and my baby will have him as a doctor. He has helped me figure things out when I had no idea what was going on. In my book Dr. Nance is the best

Dr Nance helped me lose 25 pounds in five months by counting calories and changing some basic eating habits. At 65+ years old, that was astonishing. His positive feed back & encouragement made all the difference.

We love Dr.Nance. Both my husband and our special needs son are complicated patients. He takes his time and don't rush you out. He listens and he wants to know your thoughts before he gives his diagnosis. He has definitely put our minds at ease on many hard times. He may be young but he knows his stuff. He will do research if need be. Our son has some rare conditions and Dr. Nance greeted us with open arms. Most Drs. have shyed away but not Dr. Nance. Our old Peds dr when our son aged out is who thought Dr. Nance would be a great fit for him. Dr. Nance was still a resident but he has been the best. We consider Dr. Nance an A+ dr. and will and have trusted him with our life.

Dr. Nance is young and looks like he just got out of med school. Unfortunately, my experiences with him have been unsatisfactory. I felt very uncomfortable with him and felt like he did not want me there. His favorite phrase is, “What do you want to talk about?” Instead of asking you direct questions about how you feel, what your concerns are, how is your medication working, or how have you been since I saw you last, his canned greeting is “What do you want to talk about?” When you do start to tell him, he will rush you by saying, “Anything else?” He is almost robotic in conversations. Not personal at all. In addition, he lacks the caring and understanding that most doctors exhibit with their patients. Dr. Nance would clearly benefit from being mentored by some older, more experienced physicians to improve his social skills and compassion towards patients. Also, he forgot to call in a prescription for me which I then had to make many phone calls to get straightened out.
