Truly the worst doctors experience I've ever had
I went to see Dr. Miller for a wisdom tooth removal consultation. Got into the room and was handed on iPad where I watched a video from the 90's explaining wisdom tooth removal for 10 minutes. Then Dr. Miller came in & asked 'Do you have any questions and when do you want to do the surgery'. Couldn't believe what I was experiencing! He even had the nerve to bad talk my previous dentist for 'not doing the right thing' and by the end of the visit, he just told me to not move forward with the removal. I then got met with a $1,100 for WATCHING A VIDEO and being told to not move forward. Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had & cannot believe he has his license to do these procedures. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr Miller was ok but his staff has much to be desired. They overcharged me and I was told in February the refund was being referred but still haven’t received it. Also Medicare says they have not received the detail they asked for back in November 2018 every time I go to the office they tell me Randi is busy and has to go to another office and can’t see me. Messages left do no good. My next step is going to the Dental board for assistance. Unhappy patient !

I'm very happy I was referred to Dr. Miller for my son's oral surgery. Everything was explained step by step as well as options we had during the consult and prior to the surgery. I felt at ease, but more importantly my child did too! 5 stars just isn't enough. I would also like to mention that the staff there are awesome too! Thank you Dr. Miller.
