Genuine, knowledgeable, 2-way communication
1st visit with Doctor Merola. Team/staff: compassionate, helpful and professional. Doctor: patient, knowledgeable, seems genuine, and invested in treating his patients. Listens/communicates well. I am confident he will help me get answers, & address the excruciating pain I am dealing with daily, post accident.

I will not at all recommend this worst Andrew Merola doctor to anyone n this doctor is super horrible n not good.. this doctor took my sooooo much time I Had to cancel my job n first of all due to pandemic jobs r not there n this doctor wasted my super looooong time I had appointments at 10 n this doctor made me wait for 2hours n if he gonna make me Wait for 2 hours then why did he made my appointment. When I was waiting for my appointment this doctor Andrew merola comes n just checks me quickly for just 2minute n without asking me main questions about my therapy n other stuff he says ok ur good n u can go n he only checks me for only 2minute. Waite was for 2 hours. N seeing doctor was for 2minute. What was this kind of joke is this.. My god.. ??????????????? This is worst n I promise I will never ever go back to this place again.... there r many very good doctors who doesn’t keep u wait for hours long.. it was super frustrating..

Dr Merola did spine surgery on me 4 years ago. Prior to his coming into my exam room for my inital consultation, i heard him tell amother patient that surgery wasn't necessary. That raised my comfort level immediately, knowing that he wasn't one of the surgeons who wants to put every patient under the knife. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain everything, and patiently answered all of my many questions. My surgery was a complete success and my recovery was surprisingly quick.
