Great Physician and location!
I had to find a new primary care physician and proceeded to look around. Most know that trying to find ratings on doctors based on value and effectiveness is extremely difficult. I would rate effectiveness based on how well the physician knows his field (aka diagnosis issues quickly and correctly), and do I have to return because the prescribed regimen is not working (let's get it right the first time). I have had some success using UHC's connect.werally.com, but for the most part, it is just me making the rounds to see who works best. Well, my search is over for a PCP. Dr. Masters was both cost effective and extremely knowledgeable. He also did not rush through our time together. He sat and listened. Then asked more questions. Maybe it is his D.O. side coming out or maybe he just cares. Bottom line, if you struggle to find the 'right' PCP, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Masters. As an aside, I know for many the office experience is important: kind, professional, and efficient.

Dr Masters is amazing. He takes time to listen to my issues and concerns. He has found 2 issues that my daughter and I did not know about. He wants to keep us well! I trust him recommendations and are trying to take better care of myself. He did not rush the visit I felt respected and better about me! Thank you, Dr. Masters

Very pleasant experiences
I recently had to find a new primary care provider after a very negative series of experiences with another provider. Dr. Masters was willing to see me shortly before I was to undergo major surgery, and I was very pleased with the visit. His follow up care has been excellent, and I am happy to have made his acquaintance. His staff have always been pleasant and friendly and informative. My family and I are highly pleased with this practice.
