It was my first time seeing this person and that was because my primary doctor was full so I took the appointment with this person, He came in rush after I was waiting him for about 10-15 minutes asking me about the reason of my visit which is I had totally 3 reasons one of them was that I want try to stop one medicine that I’m taking and when I started telling him the reasons and after each reason he started making weird faces and rolling his eyes in a very nasty way so after that he told me ‘Oh All Of That In 15 Minutes Visit!’ so I didn’t like that comment he made and he tried to fix it with opening my file and started to see my family history to discuss the ability for stopping my medicine, so on that time I already decided to end this visit and reschedule it with my doctor so I told him that and He Asked ‘Did Pay A Copay’ and I told him yes he told me ‘Then You Can Stop By The Front Desk To Take It Back’ and I left and field a complaint against him with the supervisor over there.

Appointments always felt rushed
Dr. Macri is nice and caring as a physician, but I always felt rushed at every appointment. Needed additional appointments just to address all of my concerns. Office doesn't have a direct line and always had to play telephone and leave messages for the office staff. Does respond quickly through the app. He's always so booked up, that the earliest appointments are months away. Always had to go to an Urgent care or ER, because I could never get an appointment right away when I was sick. Unfortunately, I believe he's being spread too thin, with all the back to back appointments, which is affecting the quality of care provided. I ended up changing my PCP due to this.

This doctor is horrific with older people! My mother in law went here and was treated terribly. Very scary as even basic issues were not even noted as far as a basic health history. He would not speak or even guide the appointment. He seemed extremely sensitive to asking the slightest question. He did not like that a specialist had requested that a certain test be done annually. He was to order basic routine bloodwork and found out it was not ordered. He said that they do bone density test/treatment there when it was asked but then he did nothing about the order for it in which was done it the past by other physicians. He seemed very distracted and distressed that he may have to work lol. My mother in law does not even have any major health issues for her age which is what made this experience very odd. He seemed overwhelmed by his own personal issues. Nothing was offered not even a flu shot.He puts something out of nowhere on her record as her major issue that he never even mentioned

He has been my doctor for 18 years. He took care of my husband for 10 years, grandmother for 8 years, my mother for 7 years and my daughter just started with him. We have been very pleased with his services! I have referred many of my friends to him. He is an awesome Doctor. The office partners and staff are awesome too!

I have moved around a lot which has caused me to switch primary care doctors a lot. Dr. Macri hands down is one of my favorites!!! He is down to earth, listens, notices the little things. He remembers me whenever I have a visit and will ask me about work ect... I have recommended him to many of the patients that come in through the emergency department at the hospital I work at when they are needing a new primary care physician.

Takes time to answer your questions until you are satisfied that your questions have been answered.. He also is very patient when you need explanations of test results or what tests will entail. Good patient doctor communication.

Dr. Macri has been my Dr. for about 15 yrs. I had always had female doctors, but was assigned to Dr. Marci, by my insurance group. I couldn't have been more comfortable from the first visit until now. Recently my sister switched over to Dr. Macri. We are both pleased.
