He was absolutely thorough with explanation of my condition, to the degree of showing me specifically what my problem is, and what needs to be done to correct my condition. I think Dr Li is fabulous. The staff , by the way, is very courteous and attentive. I like that when I come for doctors' visits.

Dr. Li-Yung Hing was great. He helped me understand what was causing my pain, as well as explained the course of treatment in a way that was easy for me to understand. Often times doctors use jargon that can cause confusion and doubt. Fortunately not this time.

I visited Dr. Li after seeing five other physicians. He called me on his way home from work and scheduled me within 24 hours (much to my surprise). He rushed my MRI and it was approved in less than 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed my issue and worked with me to come up with a plan to get me pain free without surgery. He is very understanding, kind and caring. I have recommended him to several people who are looking for answers.

Good bedside manner. Very concerned and patient approach. He explains everything in complete detail and will not do unnecessary procedures. Speaks in terms a patient will understand. Took extra time to attend to an 88 year old woman with spine/back issues/
