Terrible. He came uninvited to my house & using my scissors cut down a splint that was put on my recently broken wrist by St Margaret's hospital. My xrays until than showed normal healing of my fracture. After he left my wrist has not properly healed & it is deformed & painful to this day, 1 1/2 yrs later,! He should lose his license! Also he put in the UPMC record that I went to his office at the time he was at my house. He lied.

Very Caring guy! First Impressions are everything. Took his time to sit and talked about the issues im having. Even found something i been complaining about to other pac and nurse practitioners have blown off. Was thrilled to finally get to the bottom of one of my medical problems. My old Dr. Retired and he was excellent. It really upset me to have a different person every other visit. Hoping to make this gentleman my only Dr. Highly recommend this guy.

Dr. Hall is outstanding in his approach to patients by first listening very intently to a patients symptoms and past history. Never talks above a patients understanding of general or specific medical issues. Very compassionate and patient!

This office is very disorganized. They don't return phone calls, and if you call in requesting a medication refill, you can look to wait at least 4 days to have the office call it into your pharmacy. When I have been in the office, Dr Hall has been nice. I don't like to complain, but I'm busy like everyone else, and really don't think I should have to continue to call the office and pharmacy all day.
