Terrible absolutely terrible Communication His explanation of findings became conflicted in sale sitting. Worse physician .. he seemed to hate even being in the room and was disgusted if questions were asked. We left more confused and bewildered so we will have to go to Charlotte

Both Tami and Dr. Gross are wonderful professionals. Dr. Gross went out of his way to write a very clear description of my results for the use of other professionals. I was impressed with his ability to listen to my expectations and deliver the medical reports in the fashion I needed them. I'm very happy to have located Dr. Gross to tackle my complex issue. He has both the professional and soft skills one would like.

Dr. Andrew Gross treats my Aunt who has Lewy Body Dementia, and he is one of the most thorough, thoughtful, and kind practitioners I have ever met. He not only cares for the patient, but for the caregiver as well. He is truly exceptional. This is a debilitating disease that is difficult to deal with. He has made our journey so much more manageable than the other doctors that were treating her. I’m am ever so thankful to have found him.

Dr Gross has been seeing me as a patient since 2016. I have always had an amazing experience with him as a doctor. He has helped me with migraines, dizziness/vertigo and anxiety. I saw him through my high risk pregnancy and he still remembers to ask about my daughter! He is an amazingly smart man and really knows his craft!

I loved the Dr. and the office staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Gross took a long time to assess my situation and never once did I feel rushed or dismissed as in some of the previous remarks. I recommend this office, staff and physician highly!

One of the most incompetent and dismissive physicians I have encountered in 22 years. My husband saw him for a neurological condition. Diagnosed him without further testing at the visit and went as far as to give him 12-18 months. Cold- lacked compassion and given I am personally a health care professional have a frame of reference for dealing with world class physicians and am confident in sharing this review to spare others from encountering this physician. My husband is 50 years old with 2 young children. Post visit scheduled him with true experts in the neurology field in the Northeast - ended up with a completely different diagnosis and positive outcome. In addition, with the new consult office staff were barriers in sharing the medical record disrupting patient care having my husband repeat painful testing. Physicians like Dr Gross need to be investigated for malpractice and flagged for delivering poor patient care. Spare yourself the pain and suffering - find a real MD

As the caregiver to mom, who has Parkinson's and a host of medical conditions, we have seen many doctors. I've never posted a negative review but want to warn others about Dr. Gross. Mom suffered a series of strokes and he was moms hospitalist. She liked him but our visit to his office was awful. Over and hour wait, his bedside manner was disrepectful, impatient, and he appeared irritated by our questions. Bottom line: His time was more valuable than ours. Cross him off your list.

He rarely spoke or made eye contact with me. He gave me 3 words to remember and told me he would ask me at the end of the visit, he forgot to ask me what those 3 words were. He told me he needed me to have a brain MRI, after 3 weeks waiting for that to get scheduled I called office up, told me he changed his mind on running any test and decided that nothing was wrong with me. Went to another neuro who did run MRI, she found 12 lesions on my brain and diagnosed me with MS. HORRIBLE BOY!

My husband has been under the care of Dr Gross for 1 1/2 years. We have been more than happy with his care. I just made an appointment for myself. His office staff have been great . We have had no complaints, and would highly recommend them.

I have very little confidence in this provider and thankfully went to a second provider who was more open/knowledgeable and took the time to review all materials/test. The second provider was able to identify the diagnosis and provide treatment. Dr. Gross also displayed very poor doctor/patient mannerisms and had a disappointing temperament /personality. I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary to express concern about this doctor’s competency and demeanor.

Neurologists have been a part of my life for more than 30 years. I have been lucky to have seen some of the best at Mayo Clinic, NY Presbyterian and other top medical facilities. I found Dr Gross to be very thorough. I felt he truly listened to me, communicated his thoughts and reasons for his plan of action quite well. I had read the reviews posted on this same site about Dr Gross prior to seeing him, and I left yesterday's appointment feeling quite happy and confident I am in good hands!

I would not recommend Dr. Gross. As a neuro-opthalmologist, I expected him to perform tests to diagnose my condition but he did nothing that Dr. Patel had not already done and said that my eye was healthy. I later went to another neuroopthalmologist who determined that I had reduced blood flow to the optic nerve.

I wanted to address my migraines. He asked almost no questions about what was going on. He didn't ask me what my diet was like, what kinds of things I was exposed to at work, or if my eyeglass prescription was up to date. He gave me 3 words to remember, but he forgot to even ask me what they were at the end of the appointment. In the end, his advice was essentially to stop drinking wine and not eat cheese. I've never had a drop of alcohol in my life, and I'm a vegan. Waste of time and money.
