Dr. Gilchrist is seriously the best. I am so happy I found him. He’s quick to respond, always makes sure all of my questions are answered, he’s kind and considerate, and he’s super smart. I really trust him and I could not be happier that he is my doctor. He’s also an all around fun person, and super encouraging. Side note — I’m also a healthcare provider and quite picky about my own providers — but I’m making my whole family see him now, because he’s THAT good. Thanks for the great care!

Dr Gilchrist has been my primary doctor for 10 years. I was always pleased with the amount of time he spent with me and with my outcomes. I was confused when he left Oak Street Medical, until I experienced the (not good) changes that happened there. I found him in private practice and have been under his care there since, and very glad I did.

Bad experience all around. I had an appointment on a Wednesday to discuss medication change and general health issues. I expressed concerns and possible future treatments. Forty eight hours I left a form from my insurance company for him to fill out. At that time I was told he no longer practiced there! I was never informed of this at my appointment or any notification was ever sent to me. I was told at the desk to look in the paper for any future announcements. Never was reliable. Now it's in
