The best
I've been going 16 years and my wife has been going around 20 years to see doctor house. He could have gotten a fat contract from the hospital but he chose to stay at southpoint some days because of his patients.

Dr. Dyksterhouse is an amazing doctor. My family and I care for my Grandmother that has Alzheimer's. Dr. D is her primary care physician. His lighthearted wit and excellent bedside manor always put my Grandmother at ease. He is patient and we never feel rushed when we have office visits. He responds quickly to our messages and is never bothered by any amount questions or concerns that we may have. Dr. D has been an invaluable resource when it comes to connecting us with people to help us manage situations we are unable to manage alone. Dr. D is hands down the best doctor I have ever had interaction with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician in Belmont

The most amazing Dr I have ever seen. An incredible human as well. Take the time to get to know him... because he certainly will you. And as he tells my family "I will always treat all my paitents as a member of my own family

Dr. D, in my opinion is the best doctor at this practice. He takes all the time needed to attend a patient. He doesn’t waste time trying to determine what the problem is, he moves forward to get an answer. He also has a great personality.

Very thorough, personable and amazing bed side manner. WONDERFUL with kids and teenagers and respectfully talks with them on a mature but appropriate level during care, encouraging honesty without judgment.

Recently moved to Belmont, NC and was looking for a new physician. What a great choice. He's friendly, thorough and made me feel that all of my information was important. Never felt rushed like at other offices I've visited. Highly recommend! Very convenient that they have a mammography center and bloodwork lab right there onsite.
