I've been dumped!
I have been seeing Dr. Davis for almost 10 years. Aside from the excessive very long waits, I recently had a bad experience at the office. Since Dr. Davis does not do the refraction, one of his PA's did it incorrectly, and they gave me a new prescription for my contact lenses, which was very wrong. I ordered my lenses at Costco, and they filled the new prescription perfectly. The lenses were very wrong, and the office suggested that I go to Julie, the Manager of the Opthalmic Technology, downstairs. It took 9 visits, over 6 months for her to try and try different lenses for me. Nothing worked. I contacted Dr. Davis' office to complain, and requested that they reimburse me for the cost of the incorrect lens prescription. I just received a Certified Letter from the Eye Clinic Of Bellevue, telling me that they will no longer provide care for me. I've been dumped due to a mistake by them.

I love Andy.. he's been my eye Dr. for 12 or more years. He is caring, knowledgeable, professional--yet friendly. The only "problem" in using this office is you will most certainly have to wait-- usually he is running behind. However, he never rushes his patients and spends as much time as needed with you.. and if you have an emergency, he will ALWAYS fit your in ASAP. I feel like I have A+ eye care from him.

Dr. Andrew Davis has been my ophthalmologist for over 15 years. I first went to him when I needed new glasses and but was already blind in one eye & wanted to be followed by someone who knew the medical field, not just an optometrist. He has been amazing - works me in when I have had a scratched cornea or issues possibly related to my sight loss, even when it turned out I didn't have anything major. He is patient, knowledgeable, always researching & helpful. Highly recommend to EVERYONE!

After having been a patient of Dr. Davis for over 15 years, I had a recent, very poor experience. I waited for an hour past my 8:30 am appointment and I complained about the over-scheduling to Dr. Davis by email. Dr. Davis was good enough to cal me that evening to apologize but apparently my comments regarding their excessive wait times was not appreciated. A few days ago, I received a certified letter from the Eye Clinic of Bellevue informing me that I was no longer welcome as a patient

I had 3 appts with Dr. Davis. The first two had long waits in the waiting room. On the 2nd visit I waited over 25 minutes past my appt. time. When he did come in those visits were fine, but I ended up needing minor surgery. On that 3rd appt. today I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and then another 50 minutes in the exam room! At that point I finally walked out. Dr. Davis showed no respect for me and my time whatsoever. No explanation was given. Awful experience, I won't return.

Dr. Andrew Davis has been my ophthalmologist since I moved here from New Mexico and I have found him very thorough and upfront in his diagnosis with my eye condition. He gave me options and his best suggestion in resolving my eye issue and we proceeded. He did my cataract procedure and he was reassuring, I was fearful of the process. It has been six weeks since the surgery and I am glad I went thru with it. I can see so much better and decided to do the other eye in a couple of month.

Dr. Davis is an excellent, meticulous, surgeon. He treated my mother with care and consideration, he explained what he would be doing during the exam and what to expect with her 2 cataract surgeries. The wait in the office due to emergencies at the local hospital were unforeseen; however, he is worth the wait! My 76 year old mother's vision is now perfect and clear, for the first time in 69 years, she doesn't need to wear glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Davis!
