Miracle worker
This surgeon is a miracle worker, and he really knows his stuff. I was in a car accident that caused injury to my breast. After already having gone through treatments, I was desperate for relief of the pain I was experiencing from the injury. It was interfering with regular activities, as well as preventing other treatments (chiro, massage, physical therapy). Dr Cramer was clear, and he told me before we even started "normally we don't do surgery for pain relief" but he knew what was happening in my breast causing my pain, and a month after the surgery I have no pain in that area. He is an amazing surgeon, and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cramer is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and personable. He explained very well what was going on with my issue, even educating me on how the body would normally functions and what mine is doing. He went over my options with me in detail so I understood them well. The only issue I had was with the wait time to be seen. I arrived early for my appointment but was taken back to be seen almost 30 minutes late.

Dr. Cramer is just the best! Unfailingly pleasant, congenial and most generous with his time. Unlike many doctors, his explanations are understandable; you leave with a clear picture of your issue and complete confidence in his care. He was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend him! We just wish he could be our primary physician!

Excellent. He was very personable, reassuring and carefully explained my gallbladder issues to me, as well as the surgical method. He also gave me literature to study at home and made me feel quite at ease. I intend to take his advice and schedule the surgery as soon as I am vaccinated, probably within the next month. I feel fortunate to have such competent and caring Doctors to help me maintain good health!

I found Dr. Andrew Cramer to be very competent and compassionate. He helped me to remedy pain from a bad incision scar when my orthopedic surgeon refused to believe that I even had a problem. Thanks to Dr. Cramer I am able to sit without pain for the first time in the 7 months following my hip replacement surgery. Thank you, Dr. Cramer.

Dr. Cramer is the kindest and most personable surgeon I have ever met. I was scared at first about having the surgery, but he made me feel comfortable to ask questions, and he explained everything thoroughly to me. I recovered quickly and with very little pain from major surgery because of Dr. Cramer's knowledge, expertise, and amazing skill as a surgeon. I am forever grateful to him.

This Dr does not exercise good judgment. I suffered terribly because he made poor judgments prior to and during my surgery. I suffered severely for it. I required a blood transfusion and spent several days in the ICU. He very arrogantly dismissed my concerns prior to the surgery. It turns out all my concerns were valid and everything I was afraid of came true. Instead of stopping the elective surgery when he realized my concerns were valid he proceeded and put my life in danger. A 2 hour surgery took 6 hours. I highly recommend thinking twice before using this Dr.

I have had terrible experience with this office! Other than my surgery procedure going well. At my consultation appt, they made me wait 2 hours to see the doctor. I had a 2 month old with me for what was supposed to be a 15-20 minute appt. They were rude about it and after the fact and the doctor said we have a lot of emergencies, that's just how it goes! My second and third appointments were prompt. Also, they collected 100% from ins and questioned why they needed to reimburse my copay.
