So far so good
My first visit was straight to the point...mind you my General Practitioner had already setup the steps to have MRI and put in the referral to see Dr Collins. So we were steps ahead and when I saw Dr. Collins it was straight to the point and I'm solely waiting for my insurance to pre-approve my treatment plans.Thank you so much, so ready for a new treatment over 10 years is a long time to be going on in life with constant migraines and near to none relief.

Terrible experience
My first appt, Dr Collins made no notes and did no exam. He sent me for an MRI. When he got the report, he said that everything was normal, but he wanted to look at the images himself. 6 weeks later, I’d heard nothing from him and he said that the MRI disk wouldn’t play in his computer and he’d try a different one. Another week later, I had a follow up and he said they didn’t have the right software to play the disk and he was asking IT for the software. He then gave me a diagnosis that only fit half my symptoms. Another month went by without hearing from him yet again and I messaged through the portal and he said he was able to view the images and there was a concerning spot. This same spot was on the radiology report he had 3 months ago, which I'm guessing he didn't really look at. I switched to a new Dr and they could view the images and I could even see them myself on the library computer! This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable.
