Great visit. Dr. Chung speaks softly in a very caring manner. He takes his time and explains everything in layman terms along with the reasoning behind the procedure and alternatives. Just love him!

Dr. Chung is the best. He was super thorough in explaining what was going on with me. He listened to me which a lot of doctors do not do. He was so articulate in explaining everything. Everything was amazing. Dr Chung was very knowledgeable and kind. He took time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, give plenty of information so I had a clear understanding, and offered conservative approaches first so as to not rush into surgery. I only wish the rest of the staff had been wearing masks during this pandemic. I would definitely recommend Dr Chung though and will be back if my conservative treatment (physical therapy) does not improve my pain.

My first experience with a spinal injury and Dr Chung made it simple and clear to understand what I'm dealing with. Although I'm in pain, Dr Chung and his staff made my experience a pleasant one.

After experiencing leg numbness for the last few months my primary care provider sent me to Dr. Chung for a consult. Even before making my appointment my concern was that I would have to consider an invasive procedure to deal with my condition. However, after meeting with Dr. Chung, and him listening to the specifics of my situation, studying my MRI and x-rays he surprised me with his recommendations. Instead of moving toward a more aggressive approach, Dr. Chung laid out a plan that used medications and physical therapy to help lessen my symptoms. As a 58-year-old male I was relieved that I had choices to help get me closer to my old self. I might need to consider surgical options in the future, but for now, partnering with Dr. Chung helped me address my symptoms by using alternatives that I felt confident with.

Dr. Chung made me feel like he was really concerned about what was going on with me.

I definitely was very impressed with Dr. Chung. He has compassion for his patients and takes the time to listen and explains everything very clearly so as a patient you understand what's wrong with you.
