Dr. Carroll has been my primary care provider for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. He displays the integrity and compassion all doctors should strive to provide.

Dr seems mentally unstable
I do not recommend this practice, dr Carroll clearly has some issues on and unfortunately it translates into horrible care at his practice. Will be finding a new doctor.

Dr Carroll took incredible care of my mother @ Maricopa integrated Health Serviced. Dr Carroll opened his own practice and I asked him to be my primary care provider. Dr Carroll will always be the provider I will recommend in Chandler AZ even though I have since moved out of area.

Dr. Carroll has been my Primary Care Physician for 14 years. He's a straight shooter and conservative in his treatments. He's cost-conscious in prescribing medications and refers to specialists when appropriate. He'd rather prevent disease than to treat it. For example, he's focused telling you to lose weight and so you can get off of meds. You need a bit of a thick skin if you're a male; but candidly, I rather have a doctor to care about my health rather than try to increase his insurance reimbursement. I have never had a problem with any of his office staff. They have always been helpful and considerate. I've only had one time when I couldn't get a same day appointment for an acute illness. He also added a female physician, who my wife sees and likes.

Dr. Carroll is terrific, and his PA Eric is excellent. However, the other people working in the front office are not very good. Like others have said, they really seem not to care, whether you're there in person with them, or on the phone. It just seems weird that a doctor as good as Dr. Carroll would have such bad office help. This has been for at least five years.

Front office staff extremely rude while I was questioning how visit would be billed to insure insurance company would cover visit. I could hear she was getting agitated with my questions and apologized for bothering her. When I asked to speak to the billing office she put me on hold, then returned and told me doctor refused to see me and hung up on me.

Eric (PA) and Dr. Carroll are wonderful and have cared for my family and I for many years! My only complaint would be regarding the staff at the front desk. Every time I speak to them they seem disengaged and and very short over the phone or in person. Also, every time they've promised me a follow-up call regarding prescription or appt they do not follow through. This is a lack of customer service. The only reason for my return is due to the great service Dr. Carroll and Eric have shown me.

I've seen Dr. Carroll for several years. I've always found him well informed and attentive, and even though I'm generally only in a couple times a year, he always remembers me as well. Good guy, and would whole-heartedly recommend him to those looking.

Dr Carroll is a doctor that really cares about his patients, he doesn't send you for all kinds of tests that are not necessary. He is compassionate and is truthful, but not rude. He listens to what you are saying and creates a plan. You always get the results of any tests from the staff via phone call or email. It's a pleasure to have a doctor like him and his great staff.
