Lifesaving Cardiac Care Provider
Dr. Baldwin and the Straub Cardiac Team intervened when two aortic aneurysms grew rapidly and were in danger of dissection or rupture. I am now two weeks into recovery from the open heart surgery that Dr. Baldwin performed and I am extremely grateful for his skills and knowledge that provided me with many more years of life.

Outstanding surgeon and compassionate person
Dr Baldwin performed emergency surgery on a family member with a life threatening condition. He went above and beyond to ensure this person received outstanding care from the other specialists. He was available to us during a difficult time, explained risks and benefits, and was so compassionate while at the same time providing candid information to support our decision making process.
