I tried TWO of Ochsner's new PCPs. And, now I have Physician PTSD, by a total, of FOUR of Ochsner's physicians. All FOUR of them are inhumane.

I have been seeing Dr Adams for a long time now back in Bayside and you no the sad part is that he has been then only Dr that has been able to help me mentally and physically and emotionally and he sence my bad motorcycle in 2005 when I was 17 and started to have bad reaction with my brain injury and I started having bad deadly seizures and then I moved back to my home state after trying a lot of different doctor and specialist and brain psychiatrist he has been the only Dr to stop my seizures and fixed my whole body and mind back now for some reason because of magnolia health Medicaid I can no longer see him and now I'm getting scared because no other Dr can help me like him nor do they care like he does something needs to happen because I do not want to lose Dr Adams because I will be too scared to trust or have any kind of faith in any other Dr I need for his new clinic and or whatever it is to please accept magnolia health insurance Medicaid so I can keep my Dr or my health is in jeopardy ?? I can't see any other Dr like him

Excellent doctor had him for six and a half years now would not replace them his staff is wonderful great bedside manner and don't make you feel like just a number but never replace him or his staff

As you are probably aware, it is very difficult to find a doctor, much less a quality doctor that you can trust. After my 1st appointment meeting and being examined by Dr. Adams, I am absolutely and truly convinced that Dr. Adams will be my permanent primary physician. He is a very smart, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor that gave me respect and all the time That was needed to answer every question I asked him in a way that I could understand. He never made me think that he was rushing me to get to his next patient. When he had finished answering my questions and detailing the steps he wants me to take, he scheduled an appointment with me to go over my blood work tests after getting my blood work done later this week. Before leaving, Dr. Adams asked me if I had any other question? After leaving his office, I felt like I had made the right decision to see him. Dr Adams has been my physician for nearly 5 years. When I first started seeing him I was a real mess. My A1C was 15 and I had a myriad of other problems. He listened, he talked, he gave me ideas about what my health could and should be like. Basically, he gave me my life back. If you don't love Dr. Adams then you will never find the doctor you are searching for. He can scold you and make you laugh all at the same time. I'm more healthy now than I have ever been and it thanks to Dr. Andrew Adams.

Anyone not liking Dr. A. Adams would be looking for something they don't need. Our first yr. together he accomplished getting my whole system back on track. I was a mess, everything was on high and overboard. He cared and I felt it for once in many years. He listens we talk and he waits and questions. So much more I can say on his behalf but you just have to experience the betterment of his care. He's a good physician. One the better ones out there. I thank him always and grateful I gave him a try cause I was at a point of just giving up on the medical field altogether.

I find that Dr Adams is a wonderful, caring Doctor. He is extremely busy being in such high demand, but is worth it. I have a complicated medical history and Dr Adams is that best I have ever seen. He never made me feel that I was just a case, I was made to feel at ease and genuinely cared about as his patient. I highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Adams is outstanding. As a person with a lot of health concerns, I’ve had more than my share of doctors. Few have matched his quality. -He is always on time! -He’s doesn’t rush in the exam room, but it didn’t take forever either. -He’s very thorough. He asks questions and actually listens to my responses. -He’s patient with my own questions, clarifying things when needed, and making sure we meet all my needs during the visit. -He has a warm and calming bedside manner. He’s fantastic.

You choose a Primary Care Physician to be there for your basic medical needs. Apparently Dr Adams is not interested in treating existing patients with issues as a primary care physician if the earliest he can see you is 4 weeks in the future when you call in too see if you can get an appointment in a day or two. Poor patient service to say the least...
