Dr Palacio is kind, thorough, very professional. He explained in great detail the plan going forward. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm so thankful to have found him and his staff. It was worth the wait of getting the initial appointment! Bonus: NO waiting in the office. Excellent scheduling. Respectful of the patient's time.

Staff are very nice,Dr Palacio Explained to me the pathophysiology of my medical problem and explain why the medication he prescribed is the best choice to help my problem, called my pharmacist and set me up for next follow up.i felt very confident with his care

Stay away! booked appointment, traveled 2 hours only to be told my appointment had been cancelled. Confirmed appt twice. No message that was cancelled. Very strange thing about it is that I checked in with the front desk staff, waited 1.5 hours and then they told me appt was cancelled. Why not say something when I checked in? Feels like it was deliberate.

I am a new patient and went to Dr. Palacio last week. He was wonderful. I was diagnosed with diabetes and he prescribed a medicine. Apparently, my health plan turned it down and wants authorization. I have called the office 3 times on 3 consecutive days to find out my next step. It always goes to voice mail and no one returns my call. I do not recommend this doctor due to his poor office staff who seems oblivious to patient care. I would think medicine for a diabetic would be a priority. I am now reading earlier reviews that Dr. Palacio's office is notorious for never returning phone calls. I wish I had known this before seeing Dr. Palacio. Do not go to Dr. Palacio.
