Poor attention and follow through. In and out, poor follow up if any. Misdiagnosed several times. Won't be back.

Amazing clinic. Him and his NP’s have taken great care of me and my husband. No complaints. We’ve been seen by all of them. Always helpful, respectful and up to date with management guidelines. I see some people on here complain about waiting. I’ve never had to wait long since there are three practitioners, and even if you do have a wait, there’s probably someone more emergent in there than you. Best clinic I’ve gone too in a long time.

Terrible care both from him and his nurse practitioner. Only after money. Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I went.

Would never recommend this FRAUD. Have not seen or talked to anyone from his office since February but he has billed Medicare and us every month since covid. Check your bill before you pay.

He listened to my concerns and treated me with patience and dignity. He’s been our family physician since my children were young. His RN NP Esperanza is excellent. Overall outstanding practice on the Westside ??

Horrible experience.went in with extreme pain.left in exam room for very long time and did not get treatment.went to urgent care around corner and was treated in 10 min.will never use or recommend.they need to stop seeing new patients since it seems they cant keep up pace to take care of patients in serious pain.

I had to schedule an appointment and go in for them to tell me that the Doctor is not accepting new patients at this time. I had made my appointment and was told that there would be no issues with my appointment. I was then promptly called and told that if I did not make the appointment, I would be charged $75 for basically wasting their time. So they can charge me $75 for wasting their time, but wasting all of mine is ok? Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time going to this facility.

Awful staff, awful customer service. I called the day before to ask about my insurance I told them I was a new patient they told me that they could see me on a walk in basis that they did honor my insurance. I took time off from work and went the following morning early to see the doctor I gave them my insurance and the first thing that they told me was that I needed to change my primary primary doctor. The staff did not mention this the day before, they were very rude and very unfriendly.
