Dr. Andrei Munzer, MD

When I went in, I should have been 8 weeks pregnant. Of course, they did a urine test, and I was due for my pap. Doctor Munzer comes in and looked at the test and stated that the second line wasn't strong so idk if you're really pregnant, but we'll see. I asked if I could get a sonogram to be sure he said that probably won't be necessary, but we will do blood work and a sonogram. He was very dismissive and didn't give me great vibes. And don't get me started on how I was referred to doctor Lillian Kaminsky and labeled as high risk- obese because of a stupid BMI chart that was made for a specific demographic.

Poor beside manner and when I asked him questions regarding the procedure he recommended her was very short with me. I kept pressing him with more questions and I could visibly see he was getting annoyed

I don’t even think he introduced himself He barely made eye contact Didn’t explain what was going on with me Was not concerned or patient Is rather bleed out than see this cold dud again!

If you are expecting, please do NOT see this “doctor”. Has a smug attitude, lacks empathy, and fails to answer or address the questions and concerns of his patients. He completely soiled my entire experience. I am expecting my first. Just visited for my first prenatal appointment, my fiancée and I were taken aback. It left a bad taste in our mouths. Time to find a new OB.

Really poor bedside manner and limited willingness or ability to spend time answering questions. He didn't seem to have any information about the birth control he prescribed to me, and was way too eager to offer a surgical solution as a first resort. It is challenging to get him on the phone to answer questions and he seemed frustrated when pressed to do so. They would prefer you to schedule an appointment to ask any follow up questions, which can take a month.
