Dr. Andrea Stebel, MD

Dr Stebel has spent time to listen and answer to explain my condition very well. She is a very knowledgeable and caring physician.

Dr. Stebel is kind, caring, compassionate, and respectful above all things. In this new age where patients are becoming more and more involved in their medical treatment, it can be gut wrenching visiting a doctor who wants to rule all and considers you ignorant and crazy for your choices. Dr. Stebel is not that. She will listen. She is well versed in drug studies and careful in her approach with treatment. Her knowledge and care for her craft is admirable. She is always punctual. She goes out of her way to make my spontaneous concerns a priority. You know, the questions like: "Is this supposed to happen?" She will answer promptly. One of her primary concerns is that the patient understand fully what is happening and I value that greatly. She is generous in her very spirit. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Stebel has a very calm demeanor which really helped to put a new patient at ease. She spent over one and a half hour with me going over my case with suggestions as to which treatment works better for me given my personal health and other factors. She also left it with me to decide on treatment. She listened to my concerns and tried to answer them without pressuring me to select one treatment over another There was no pressure at all to make an immediate decision. It has to be a decision that I feel positive and comfortable with.

I have been seeing Dr.Stebel for many years. I find her very attentive and caring. I’m quite comfortable and pleased with her.

Dr. Stebel is an amazing oncologist. In addition to always staying on the cutting edge of all the latest research, treatments and therapies, she is so caring and compassionate, and really makes her patients feel they are in good hands! With her concierge practice format, she is very easy to reach and generous with her time, which means a lot when dealing with something like cancer. She truly cares and considers each patients individual needs and concerns. Dr. Stebel will get you through it all with ease and knows how to make the process as easy and low stress as possible. Dr. Stebel is an extremely knowledgeable, smart, compassionate, caring oncologist who I recommend most highly. She was such a calming influence when I was initially diagnosed and even saw me for the first time the same day I was diagnosed and called her (even though it was New Year’s Eve 4 pm!!) She gave me excellent treatment recommendations and a referral to a highly competent surgeon. My post-surgery treatment for the past 7 years has been top-notch and I appreciate that she tailors her treatment to each individual case. She sincerely cares and is a major advocate for your care. She is an asset to her profession and if you need to treat with her, consider yourself very fortunate.

She really knows her field and stays on top of all of the latest developments, and treats her patients as human beings, focusing on the best treatment for each individual case along with focusing on quality of life during and after treatment. Worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We were set up to meet the entire team . The radiation dr, the surgeon and the geneticist were all amazing Dr. Stebel saw us last and said to us - “everyone else should have ansewered your questions so I won’t be taking any questions.
