Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Spangler reported completely false information on my loved ones medical records and completely ignored requests from a specialist surgeon in St Louis to have my loved one transferred to Barnes Hospital. She NEVER contacted this specialist as was specified in a phone call made to Mercy ER before we arrived. My loved one was supposed to be admitted to Mercy and transferred to Barnes Hospital in St Louis ASAP! Instead, Dr. Spangler, and I use the term Doctor loosely, sent him home with extremely high liver enzymes and false information posted on his discharge papers! She is NOT a capable or trustworthy physician and has no business working emergency medicine where people’s lives are at stake!
