Dr. Skinner is without doubt the best family practice doctor I have ever encountered .... she is smart, well informed, a true professional in all ways but also kind and supportive to her patients. You could not do better - truly - in finding a family practice physician.

Patient care
I had been seeing this provider for at least 5 years ending January 2022. I would portal questions to her. Most were from her nurses. I should have known that she didn't want to be my doc any longer when she started to cancel my appointments last min., even one when I was 20 mins away as I was driving over 1 hour to get there. Most were cancelled same day. She told me late December 2021 or early January 2022, that I should have an internal medicine provider as I was a complex patient. At that time, she said that she would continue to write for my meds until I got a new provider. She refused to write for my pain meds(long acting) starting end of January. Did not know until day I was to pick them up, along with other meds for DM and HTN. She had cancelled those refills as well.
