Worst possible family practice doctor, ever
Worst possible family practice doctor. No basic knowledge of EKG, LFT. Verified by two separate doctors. Ill mannered. Rude. Does not explain things.

I have been going to Dr Kaplan for several years since my former PCP relocated. I was hesitant because I had such a great relationship with the other doctor who saw me through some very difficult medical challenges. I can say that I am so happy I chose Dr Kaplan. She has always listened to me, addresses my concerns, treated me like an individual not just another chart in the computer and in many ways gone above and beyond!

I am new to the area and asked the local facebook group who they would recommend as a fantastic doctor and Dr. Andrea Kaplan was recommended by many people. So glad I asked because she is wonderful, I have been seeing her now for over a year. I have some difficult medical issues and Dr. Kaplan is always thoughtful and caring. She really knows what she is doing and helped me get my health under control. Now I am the one recommending her to others!

On my first visit with Dr. Kaplan, she barely spent 10 minutes with me. I’ve been in quite an ill state for several years and had many symptoms and complaints. She ordered just a basic blood work up, and suggested that I see a dermatologist because “I am fair,” which I am actually not. She did not request any of my past records, or any of my other doctors contacts. She also requested the same blood work and dermatologist suggestions for my mother, who is a senior! She had awful bedside manner, frankly she made me uncomfortable. She really didn’t say much during our time together, and made faces at my suggestions for bloodwork and remarks that simply were not true. If you’re Dr. Andrea Kaplan’s patient, or of your considering seeing her, you deserve better!

Dr.Kaplan saved my mothers life by correctly diagnosing her when countless other doctors missed it! She will always be a hero to my family--amazing doctor, amazing person

I've been seeing Dr. Kaplan for 5 years with many medical problems. She's an amazing diagnostician. Her caring and empathetic personality goes beyond any physician I've seen in the past. She also takes care of all my family members who wouldn't see any other Doctor but her.

Dr Kaplan spent a lot of time with me, was really nice and found the cause of my stomach problems when 3 other doctors and the emergency room doctors missed it! I have recommended her to everyone I know. Also, the girls in her office are really nice.
