Dr. Andrea Gonzalez Falero, MD

Incompetent doctor. I went to see her for adrenal insufficiency and she couldn't explain my condition, so she sluffed me off. She had me do labs and instead of calling me, she emailed with results. When I asked questions, she deferred me to my PCP. She has no beside manner. My new patient visit with her was a joke. I asked her to please look at my hyperpigmentation, which is a symptom of adrenal insufficiency and she told me that it was do to a medication that I am taking. I made it clear to her that I have only been taking the medication that she stated caused hyperpigmentation since 2020 and the hyperpigmentation started years ago. I switched to Kaiser and the endocrinologist at Kaiser was amazing. He explained everything in detail and answered ALL of my questions. He spent about 45 minutes with me.

Dr. Gonzalez: I have requested a new pump this year but your office has not provided any assistance with this process. Not only have you failed to provide me with assistance to get the medical equipment I need, your office has ignored requests to send the information and complete this process. We cannot complete this process without you, because you are the process and are supposed to be completing this without me. If you are unaware of the proper steps in this process, you should not be responsible for any patients whose lives depend on you to complete your job.

I spend more time in the waiting room than with Dr. Gonzalez. She ignores me when I tell her about the side effects of the medication.
