Dr. Fribush seems to lack much empathy. She consistently seems to be in a hurry to get done with the appointment, communicates whatever she has to say very tersely and doesn't seem interested in what the patient might have to say. I believe she is technically qualified, but her "bedside manner" is very poor. Perhaps she is overloaded with patients.

Dr. Fribush and her staff did not put my mother fully to sleep and talked badly about her during the procedure, she kept waking up and they were horrible to her. She was in pain and said it was the worst experience of her life. She is too kind and confided in me because she is due for another colonoscopy and this one was so traumatic she is having so much trouble facing the procedure again. Dr. Fribush lacks social skills and empathy for her patients. She is lackluster and has no appropriate response when asked a question or concern. My husband went in for his colonoscopy, she thought he was someone else, and had no empathy or concern for for him. No one attended to his needs afterwards in the recovery room, and then when they put him in another room to recover a bit, no one offered him a drink, snack or checked in on him to see how he was doing. Will be seeking a new doctor.

Unable to get endoscopy, biopsy, lab tests, and other tests in a timely manner. Office nurse is rude and not helpful. Waiting weeks for results is not acceptable. Dr. Fribush has too many patients to adequately take care of in adequately normal time frame. Find someone else to take care of you in adequately normal and acceptable way.
