Dr. LIE-BOW: WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER
I am a 65 year old man with a history of stroke, heart disease, & high blood pressure. It's been over 5 weeks since I alerted dr. LIE-Bow's office to the fact that they took payment from me TWICE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS which they were not owed. They have lied to me multiple times in my attempts to get the money I am owed. They promised to call me back to resolve the problem but didn't, & lied about sending out the check but didn't send it. FIVE WEEKS AND 12 CALLS to the office, and three calls to Medicare later, they haven't PAID ME what I'm owed even after I did what they asked & sent receipts from Medicare proving they owe me money. Would you want your sick grandfather treated so shamefully? Check THE OTHER REVIEWS of the business practices of this MADISON AVENUE CLIP JOINT this is part and parcel of a pattern of appalling behavior by the doctor's staff. How can you trust a doctor's medical advice when she smiles at you but her office manager repeatedly lies to you?

Dr. Lebow is excellent. She has done my botox, filler and laser resurfacing as well as removed precancerous moles and I recommend her highly. I am always very pleased with her work. Additionally, she is always kind, professional and super competent. I love that she is my dermatologist and that I found her in a field that can have a lot of variation. Her office is great and her staff is very friendly as well.

Never seen such an unprofessional attitude as Dr. Lebow demonstrated in our appointment. I had to force her to actually run some tests. Not sure if it was just a bad day in office but she didn't even try to show she care.

Terrible experience. Feels as if the doctor Lebow has no patient to actually listen. The long waiting time wouldn't be an issue if only the doctor wouldn't be so lazy and unprofessional in her attitude.

I only saw Dr. Lebow once for my (possibly) rosacea, and she saw me almost immediately after I completed the paper work. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lebow, the clinic is clean and cozy, and the staff members are very friendly. Dr. Lebow was very kind to me, I'm thankful that she gave me some free samples as the prescriptions can be pricy. I had a reaction to the samples, and she was quick to call and prescribed me alternatives. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I have used several dermatologists over the years for both skin cancer checks and cosmetics. Dr Lebow is one of the best. She is competent, kind, sensible, well educated and trained. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. As for her office and billing that is the problem with health care in America, but I have Medicare and have never had a problem with that either Regina
