Less than exemplary, I felt rushed; the focus was to get me out of the room as fast as possible. Felt confused about the treatment plan. Patients’ bill of rights mentions that a patient has the right to be treated with respect. After my visit, I’m wondering whether that happened.

Very friendly, caring provider. Expert knowledge and skills. Detailed exam. Listens to what I say and understands my concerns. Takes time to explain her observations. I recommend Dr. Oliva.

I recently had moved to FL and needed Cataract surgery. Since I was new to the area I did not know anyone and came to this group bc they are close to where I live. I am so pleased with Dr. Olivia! She is very thorough and explained everything she was finding with my eyes, what my options were etc. I am not gonna lie, I was nervous, especially when I realized I was considered a complex case with plenty of potential complications. The surgery went very well and the results have exceeded my expectations!! I am now happy to be getting my other eye done soon and I am not nervous at all. Dr. Olivia and her entire team are wonderful!! Including the team at the surgery center!! Highly recommend Dr. Olivia!

When I got to the office, I only waited a few minutes before Laurie took me in to examine my eyesight. I was then Escorted to a waiting room to wait for the next person who took measurements and photos. I told them I had a meeting and had to leave by a certain time. I watched a video about laser cataract surgery. Then Dr Oliva came and explained some options. She is informative and answered my questions. Everyone was courteous and helpful

Dr, Oliva is obviously a highly experienced practitioner who provides her clients with the unvarnished facts that enhanced her trustworthiness. She is assisted most ably by a group of friendly and skillful nurses and technicians. I would gladly recommend her to others suffering from cataracts.
