She is slow to respond. It's almost two weeks and she has not contacted me back regarding lab results. I've called several times and even stopped by the clinic and although the results are in, Dr. Ana Rodriguez has not yet reviewed the results yet therefore I'm not able to access my labs. At the end of the day a clinic and hospital is still a business. I won't be returning due to poor service and lack of professionalism. Although the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me, I spent 1.5 hrs total at the clinic for an annual physical.
