Poor judgment
Talks fast. Doesn’t explain well. Always wants you to do it her way even when other drs who are specialists, disagree. Asked for second opinion. She got mad

Very professional staff...........friendly. Seems "kinda of" a stiff enviroment" I question Dr Wall's "bring back? for test like the vision field for another day.........does she charge additionally for the office fee? and her services for a test that could be done the same day she sees you for a routine visit of say "checking vision acuity and glocoma".........then have you return for another test. Also she charges once a year.........for a vision test.........for your prescription..$20......and in the course of the vision test this test has to be done.

Dr. Wall briefly looked at my eyes before saying there was nothing wrong and referring me to another doctor. It felt like I was just there to give her money! Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.

Total professional physician and staff. Dr Wall is an eye doctor that keeps her patient's health as the primary concern. I have recommended her to my friends and family and have never had a single complaint from any of this diverse group.

On paper, Dr. Wall is well qualified. However, her communication skills are limited, as is her bedside manner. I had a follow up visit with another ophthalmologist and had a better experience. I find that the staff of a medical office tend to reflect the Doctors personality. Therefore, the feel of the office is not top notch. The glasses selection is good and so is the location.

Dr. Wall has always seemed very concerned with my eye health. I go to her because I am diabetic. I also have the early stages of a cataract. I feel very confident that Dr. Wall can diagnose and treat any eye condition that I may have. I am glad that I do not have to go to an optometrist and ophthalmologist. There are eyeglasses for sale at her office, but she does not push you into getting them there like some other doctors do.
