Rude Doctor
I called to check if I could get a neurological test. I received a call back and was told this test was not available. I then asked if I could be directed to a facility that offered it, I was told no idea, I have other patients, good bye. I have never encountered this level of unhelpfulness!

Disrespectful and condescending
Extraordinarily disrespectful and condescending to other professionals. Only doctor, we've ever heard about who has no staff working with her. None at all. Based on her interactions with our team of professionals, it's not hard to figure out why she answers her own calls and has no one working with her.

This woman is not working to help others. She’s just in it for the money. Amy has asked me for her payment before services(multiple times) . She has also violated HIPPA by telling me about another clients medical history. Dr. Traylor has also repeatedly taken phone calls during appointments for ten min or more at a time. Very unprofessional, if you need to see a neurologist I recommend that you go elsewhere.

I would not ever recommend this doctor to anyone. She's a "one man band "as they say. She has no staff,or receptionist. She answered the phone in the middle of my initial evaluation exam, which in my opinion is the beginning of her unprofessionalism. Then she excused herself and went in the next room called the paralegal to demand a compensation agreement before continuing my intake evaluation at a later date. She only had 13 minutes to spend with me, she let me no that upon our introduction.
