A beautiful office and a professional staff, easy parking. Dr. Amy is the ultimate professional who is patient and honest. She explained my issues to me and together we worked out a coping plan for the future. Do not hesitate to visit this amazing doctor if you have Gastrointestinal problems.

Dr. Amy Tan was incredibly helpful and informative during my pre-colonoscopy consultation. She took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns about the procedure. By the end of the tele-health consult with her, I felt well-prepared for the procedure and confident in the care I would receive.

It took two weeks to get my biopsy back as I was told their pathologist is on vacation which is ABUSRD after having difficulty swallowing and being unable to eat for 4 weeks now and going to the ER. I have never heard of anything in the medical field being on hold because someone is on vacation. I am now waiting for a script to get a barium swallow test done in which I need the script to make the appointment that she did not write when giving me my results and recommending the test and I'm now being told she is out sick and I have to wait instead of one of her colleagues writing the script in her absences. When I initially met with her she was adamant that my situation was a huge red flag but her lack of concern or urgency after she performed the endoscopy went right out the window. I still don't have any answers or resolve and she has not once called me directly.

Dr Tan is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is kind and attentive. She spends her time with me. Great bedside manner. I have recommended her to friends and they love her now too! Highly recommend Dr. Tan.

This is my second review. My first was a result of what was a serious constipation problem following BPH surgery. At the time, she was able to quickly get me feeling better. Now, two years later, she has worked with me to get the treatment right for closer to normal functioning. This is an ongoing effort and I know I can reach out to her to make adjustments when needed. Best of all she is listening. A skill that not enough doctors actually use enough, in my opinion.

Dr. Amy Tan is an excellent and caring doctor. I had two visits with her.The first time I met her was at the GI Doctors, she was very friendly and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. She took time to listen and explained everything thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her and trusting her with my colonoscopy procedure.The second visit was at the Star Surgical Suites performing the colonoscopy procedure. Dr. Tan was very skillful and professional. The entire process was quick and smooth. I am so blessed to have her as my doctor.

I have to say the staff was very caring and helpful. They explained everything about my procedure made me feel very comfortable . Dr tan was excellent in explaining my concerns. I would highly recommend this facility it was immaculate . Dr tan was wonderful .

From the pre surgical visit to the procedure itself I was completely informed. I left Dr. Tan's office with all of my unasked questions answered.

Dr. Tan is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. She is very patient and thorough. Dr. Tan projects confidence that puts me at ease and assures me that I am in excellent care.

Dr Tan was very thorough in assessing my complicated history before even proceeding with my procedure. She heard what I was telling her and worked with the anesthesiologist, Dr Greenwich, in providing me with a complete procedure that had found specimens that were missed by the same procedure done, not a year previous, in a different practice, which unfortunately has to be rectified through a surgical method now. She was very careful in not doing more harm and highly recommended to follow up with a colorectal surgeon. After the procedure, she completely explained in terms I could understand, what she had found. She answered all of the questions I had at the time and told me if I thought of anything, I could call her at anytime. She was completely competent, and comforting giving me a feeling I was in very capable hands!I have even recommended my husband to visit with her. I cannot thank her enough for possibly preventing colon cancer in my future!

Dr. Amy Tan and her colleague, Dr. Demetriou, provided great care when I experienced a sudden flare up of gastrointestinal problems that required diagnoses and surveillance. The office is staff responsive and the out-patient surgical facility was efficient and extremely well maintained.

Dr. Tan is the consummate professional. She thoroughly explains the procedure, what she finds along with follow ups. She answers all questions and you are never rushed. Appointments are not difficult to schedule, there is practically no wait time and her staff is also very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Tan for your medical needs. It feels good to have a doctor who actually remembers your name and one who will take the time to call you directly with test results and/or with any medc'l concerns... Dr. Tan is a very kind, attentive and caring physician. She treated both my mom and me and each time was a pleasant experience.

One of the best experiences when having an uncomfortable procedure. The spa looking office was beautiful and clean. The receptionist greeted you warmly which calmed your nerves. Nurse Leslie took good care of me before I saw Dr. Aaron the anesthesiologist. He was so personably and explained everything in detail. Upon seeing Dr Tan, she greeted me and made sure I knew I was in good hands. Even after the procedure, she was there when I woke up and i appreciated how she explained how everything went. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tan and her team. I know a few of my friends and family will be seeing her.
