Took me seriously, despite vague symptoms
I visited the Camp Pendleton ER in Feb. 2022 because I had suddenly collapsed at home, unable to control my limbs, and felt strange afterwards. I knew something was terribly wrong, even though my symptoms improved enough for me to use a cane in the ER. I have a complicated, rare medical history, but this collapse was different. Dr. Pritchard took my concerns seriously (perhpas knowing that I was medically smart) and perfomed the requisite tests and scans for the situation. I wanted to post this review because otherwise she wouldn't know what specialist doctors have discovered since that day. After my ER visit, I developed a severe movement disorder that took specialists and costly tests to diagnose that I had developed late-onset SYNE-1 autosomal recessive cerebellar ataxia, confirmed by genetic testing and specialists. I want to thank Dr. Pritchard for believing me when I told her that something was VERY wrong with me, even though her initial ER tests didn't detect anything.
