When it came to treating my lovely niece, Dr. Patel undoubtedly showed a disturbing level of inexperience. On getting to the ER, Dr. Patel was informed that my niece had been coughing so hard (all night long) that she couldn’t even sleep as a result. However, shorty after running some tests she prescribed some medication that had nothing to do with the intense coughing my niece was battling with so instead of getting better, she continued to cough all night long. Worst medical experience ever!

Dr. Patel was the assignment physician to me at West Houston MC unfortunately for me bc she was arrogant incompetent and has no compassion. I have a disease and have routine orders from my dr of 15 years however she refused to treat my diagnosis accordingly. She says to me that if I don't want the medication that absolutely does NOT work for me "can't" treat me and she will discharge me. I left her care in worse condition than when I came and now there's a report and malpractice. Unethical Dr

Did not take the time for ppt assesments. Did not try to gather information about my issue. Felt like Dr.Patel did not know what she was talking about.
