I stood in line for 20 mins at the reception desk. When I finally got up to the window I explained I was a new patient and wanted to make an appointment and get what paper work I needed to get set up. She rudely sighed and ask do you even have insurance?? I was surprised and did say yes. Gave her my info said you have no records here. No kidding? The reason I stopped was I thought it would be easier for them and myself. I just found another PCP.
