Dr. Guise was a very caring and thorough provider. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was genuinely interested in my condition and what approach my previous provider had recommended for me. She offered a completely different approach which had never been recommended to me by my previous doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Guise to other patients.

All staff (including doctor) was very honest and open about answering questions. The staff answered questions in regular language without saying things I wouldn't understand.

Dr. Guise is an outstanding Doctor! Dr. Guise's services is the reason I transferred all of my medical services from another hospital to Froedtert, and I am very happy that I made that switch to Froedtert!

Dr. Guise took an extensive history, discussed my condition(s) in detail and answered all my questions. She clearly explained treatment options available, we agreed on changing a medication I had been taking for many years and explained her treatment plan and next steps.

Dr. Guise is rude, arrogant, condescending and shows little to no caring or compassion for her patients. She refuses to divulge information about the plan of care for a patient and is way too busy to fit new patients into her schedule.

I have just experienced a sophisticated procedure with Dr.Guise . Since then, I have consulted with her about future rehabilitation and related issues . Suffice it to say,I am very satisfied with my results thus far,and cannot say enough about her dealings with me as a patient and a human being . She is a uniquely successful physician in every respect . I could not recommend her more highly to any prospective patient .
