Dr. Gosnell has been wonderful to me! I have seen her 3-4 times and she makes sure that you are not uncomfortable when removing skin lesions, etc. Great personality!

If you are needing to telephone this office/physician and need a quick response--this is not the MD/office for you. Call backs are usually 24-48 hr. If you are lucky to speak with a staff person, front desk staff is rude and disrespectful. Dr Goswnell is not able to diagnose or treat complicated skin conditions. Might be ok as a cosmetic MD.

Dr. Gosnell herself is a good doctor said because she was very late, 45 minutes past our time we were in the room waiting and an hour and 15 past appointment time would not charge us. Billing staff sent bill, I called two times and no return call. Billing staff sent us to collections. I have submitted an insurance fraud claim against this practice. We saw the doctor for less than 5 min. My daughter was in school and had to get back. Ridiculous. Left practice and was long time family patient.

I had a bad experience with a derm prior to seeing Dr. Gosnell and she was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me, answered a lot of questions, and didn't just rush me through. Highly recommend.

She took time with me and was very thorough. Listened intently to my concerns. I felt like she genuinely cared which has given me a sense of security and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend her to others.
