DO NOT GO TO DR. ELSASS
She is VERY arrogant. I disagreed with prescriptions she wanted me to take...I told her about research I had read on them. She then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I offered to share the research from peer review journals and the AM journals and she said she wasn't interested...she was never wrong?!?Then proceeds to write up the visit summary just saying i refused. Safe yourself from the 'I am a doctor and I know more than everyone.' experience!!

She has been my Dr ever since I had my heart attack. She is very professional and had been treating my conditions very well. She very conscious about unnecessary treatments if not needed. I highly recommend her to anybody.

The appointment was rushed. She wrote in my medical notes some incorrect information that she didn't listen to correctly and stated that she had spent a total of 60 minutes between speaking to me and writing up notes. She was with me for 5 minutes and I don't think her notes took 55 minutes. Seems like an unfair abuse of my insurance. I had to finish asking my questions with the door open and in the hallway. I didn't get a call from her to go over my test results. Her medical assistant called instead. Many symptoms and questions were left unanswered during the appointment and after. Her energy was not friendly. I absolutely would encourage a friend to look for a better doctor who really cares about their patients and give quality care on such an important matter.

Do not go to this doctor if you do not want to experience pain during your Angioplasy procedures. I was in awful pain and sweating and they had to keep wiping face it was so bad. I think I would have rather had a heart attack than go through that again. I asked for sedative medicine and she said she does not believe in that. She also nicked an artery during treatment. I did not choose her but was assigned her by Kennestone Hospital, too bad as this ruined my opinion of this hospital.

Totally professional and incredibly knowledgable in cardiology. Takes as much time as needed to explain and evaluate. Great doctor and would recommend to anyone. I trust her with my heart and with my life.

Dismissed my condition on first visit - POTS syndrome. Either do your research or quit accepting POTS patients because you clearly do not understand the condition. Was also set up for Echocardiogram and Holter monitor that I did not schedule. Is this your normal practice, to set former patients up for test they did not agree to?
