Doesn't really care about your problems. Says if you just wake up earlier everything will be ok. If you even ask about the possibility of repressed memories, that's it she is done with you.

The negative reviews were true about her being cold. I was caught off guard as I had her for 3 years then her true colors showed.

Dr. Corcoran treated my daughter at Northwestern hospital department of psychiatry. My daughter had 2 brain surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation to the brain. Dr. Corcoran was extremely professional and thorough. She gave us an accurate diagnosis and provided exceptional care. Thank you Dr. Corcoran.

For a psychiatrist, she is very cold and has little to no empathy. When I was in the hospital for depression, she made me feel like it was my fault that I was depressed. She and Northwestern are awful....better to be depressed than go there for treatment!!

She does a fine job of prescribing. Just don't ask her to counsel anyone.
