Dr. Chow is The Absolute Best!!
Over the last two years, I've had six visits with Dr. Chow. She is ALWAYS punctual and so efficient that she takes me in BEFORE my appointment time and I leave within 5 minutes of my appointment time. She is the most caring, genuine, and supportive physician I've ever had. I wish she was a primary care physician. That would be gold!

Very disappointed!
While she has keep me waiting for over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment, she refused to see me when I was 20 minutes late. I was caught in traffic and I called to let the office know. They expected me to sit in the lobby and wait in case someone didn't show up and then they would help me. She is also so OVERBOOKED that the next available appoint was in 6 months! She has no respect for her patients. Expecting them to wait to see her in 6 months is certainly not quality care!

Dr Chow is a wonderful doctor. She always answers my questions either by phone or portal. In person as well. She is very attentive and makes sure I understand the side effects of any new medications.
