From the onset. The assistant was very professional and informative . The Dr’s bedside manners was also very professional and direct . They both told me exactly what to expect through the entire process. Very very professional.

Dr.Brewster was very kind and helpful. She made sure i understood everything and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions i may have. Her team was also very friendly.

This entire experience was traumatic for me. No communication prior to the appointment about the possible cost or recovery period. When I asked for an estimate, they said they could give me a guesstimate between $6300-$8600. The actual amount was $75!!!! I was told one option for recovery was to stay off my feet for 2 weeks - no working - I felt like they were trying to scare me. I have to work. Why wouldn't that be discussed ahead of time? The last part of this day that was a disappointment was when I was told rudely - 'We don't prescribe narcotics here.' I never even asked for anything for pain because I had no idea what the pain would be yet. I can't express how disappointing this entire experience was. I will not be going back.

She explained the entire procedure including as it processed. The sutures are healing well and will require minimum maintenance as they heal.

Dr Brewster was great. She explained what the procedure entailed and was very kind and meticulous with sutures doing three layers to close the incision. I highly recommend her.

Clear explanations

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I was informed all along the way and was very pleased with the staff and the procedure and the results.

Following MOSH surgery, Dr. Brewster was assigned to close the wound. It was explained a plastic surgeon was needed due to location of surgery (in a curved area of nose). Following the procedure, Dr. shared due to the texture of my skin, the wound may separate. Since then, I have learned an experienced surgeon could have made modifications. Maybe if the Dr. concentrated on the procedure instead of discussing her relationship with her daughter at a young age with her assistant, I wouldn't have a 'L' shape scare now on my nose. Now I have the scare and a hard cyst inside my nose which the Dr advised I should massage! Additionally, for follow-up visits, I had to travel to Orange Park, St. Augustine and downtown Jax. Had no idea follow-up appts. would not be at the Beaches office. Not a good experience.

No trace of any surgery. Dr Brewster is an excellent surgeon and sutures did not require a return visit to remove them.

Amy did a wonderful job patching up a fairly big incision on the side of my head.

Dr Brewster performed a tummy tuck on me. 1.5 years later I'm having a different surgeon redo the entire thing plus fix a hernia she apparently never fixed. I would not recommend her to anyone. The initial consultation was great. She spent a lot of time selling me on it, etc but when I came in for my pre-op she was short and did not live up to expectations.

When I knew I needed a bilateral mastectomy, I called my breast-cancer-fighting friends for advice. 4 of them told me that I definitely should go to Dr. Brewster because they'd all had such wonderful outcomes with her. Dr. Brewster was very kind and caring throughout the planning process, the surgery, and the post-op meetings. She truly listened to my wishes and used her expertise to very successfully reconstruct my breasts and help turn a stressful life challenge into a positive experience.
