Compassionate and skilled
Don't be fooled by Dr. Asandra's small size and young looks. She took care of my mother and it became quickly clear that she knew what she was doing. I haven't always been confident in my mom's doctors, but it was obvious that she ran circles around other doctors in her knowledge and proficiency. Even the nurses said they would choose Dr. Asandra to do their operations if they ever needed one. They believe she is very technically skilled. Dr. Asandra is also one of the most compassionate doctors I've ever met. She held my mom's hand when she was scared, and that's not something you see often in medicine anymore. She wasn't afraid to show us that she really cared. I'm glad she was there to fight the fight against cancer with my mom. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Asandra is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. It’s apparent that she cares about her patients on a personal level. She explains things well, answers questions, and gives honest advice. You can count on her to communicate honest expectations. She was very careful to give me the smallest scar possible, and is technically skilled.

Dr. Asandra is the most caring Doctor I have come across. My father was 82. His Dr. scheduled a kidney biopsy with Dr. Asandra and she called me that morning after reviewing his records and re-scheduled the biopsy for a time when she could biopsy and also treat the tumor at the same time. The biopsy was safer because she froze the needle tract and tumor at the same time so there was less chance of the tumor spreading from the hole created by the biopsy. 4 years later, the tumor appears dead.

I can't say how much of a breath of fresh air Dr. Asandra is. She is thorough and very in tuned to the patients needs (mentally and physically). I was diagnosed with RCC that metastasized to my skin tract and my anxiety was on overload, on trying to pick the right procedure for me. She gave me the confidence on what I should do without any questions. I am absolutely confident that my choice was the best choice and that was to have her remove it. Great doctor!!
