If I could leave no stars I would. This office has been the absolutely worst. They NEVER and I mean NEVER answer their phones. It has ALWAYS gone to a voicemail. They rarely get back to you, and be very rude over the phone. Do not recommend what so ever. I did like Dr. Amy Anderson, but her staff alone will make you not want to go there.

Wonderful doctor who listens and definitely not quick to just prescribe drugs. Understands good metabolic health and nutrition, something that is sorely missing with many medical professionals.

I just recently left this practice after several years. I had a physical in January where I expressed a concern that was quickly dismissed and not even looked at. In May it finally became a big enough problem for me not to ignore. I saw another physician and it ended up being completely treatable, but something that definitely would not have gone away it it's own. Waiting to have this issue addressed also meant it ended up costing a lot more money. I found a different PCP after that incident, but had also had ongoing issues with the MA who wouldn't return my calls until I called the front desk staff.

She warned me, I did not listen, to my regret. Good doctor, mostly oriented towards women and femalious concerns.

Dr Anderson is the perfect balance of traditional, osteopathic, and natural medicine, which is what I was looking for, and very difficult to find in West Sound area. Was sorry to see her practice moved to Poulsbo, but still very worth the extra drive. She is a great find, and as many others have stated LISTENS to what the patient says. Well done!

Dr. Army has been amazing -- she spends as much time as needed with each patient (myself, my sister, my 18 year old daughter are all data points) -- really discussing concerns and root causes/issues. She hasn't ignored or down-played a single thing -- which is NOT my experience with previous doctors. She also explores a wide range of remediation actions from main stream drugs to alternative therapies, to dietary changes. She treats the whole person, instead of just disease symptoms

This is an excellent doctor and the staff are equally great. Dr Anderson's work on my face has always been great. If you are looking for a cosmetic medical professional I highly recommend this team.

After putting my trust in this doctor, I later found out that her method of treating me was not even FDA approved. Waste of time, waste of money, totally unprofessional. All that suffering when I could have been getting proper treatment from a responsible doctor. Breaks my heart.

Every visit I have had in Dr Anderson's clinic has been great! Dr. Anderson and her staff are genuine, caring, sociable, etc. They also have great sense of humor as I always have some unusual issue or weird luck story to share. My 10 year old daughter loves all of them too and actually likes going to the doctor now! :)
