He seems a little bit cold sometimes, but when I came to him about a concern, he did thorough research for me- reaching out to colleagues, and reading up about it himself. He called me within a couple hours of the appointment and we talked for a little while about it. I don't get that kind of attention from other doctors. I really appreciated the effort.

Annual physical lasted about 12 minutes. Not knowledgeable about a medicine I was prescribed as his answers to my questions were incorrect and led to a few days of distress for me.

Dr Joseph is very smart and he listens and remembers what I said . He is kind . He seems to know when to push me and when to wait for me to come around to his way of thinking . He reads my tests results and discusses them with me .

Never felt as if the doctor was interested in me or my problems. After explaining concerns, he didn't respond or ask follow up questions, just stared at me.
