Dr. Asha, is the best always listens to my concerns and takes such good care of me as a patient. I wish more Doctors treated their patients with the care he does.

I visited Dr Agha in hopes of treating an issue with my scalp. After a very long, almost 3 hour wait, he came in the room and would not even get close to me to examine my scalp. He stood back with his arms folded, with a look of irritation on his face. Also, he debated with me and told me that I had diabetes because I had darkness on my neck. I told him that I had just had a physical and I was not diabetic, he refused to believe me. It was absolutely the most bizarre appointment that I've ever had. Also, he is very condescending and rude. Before he left the room, he looked at me and laughed and said, 'I have an excellent diet plan'. He said it in the doorway so loud that other people could hear. I was so embarrassed. He said it not once, but multiple times. It was to the point where the PA started pushing him out of the room. Needless to say, I canceled all follow up appointments and refuse to go back to this practice or recommend him to anyone. He is absolutely terrible.

He got to the root of my issue quickly and has good bedside manners.

I made an appointment by phone and was told they accept my insurance. I drove 1 hour to be told by the office manager they do NOT accept my insurance because I only have 3 visits per year? What???? I sure hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!!

Efficient staff, polite, thoughtful, caring, thoughtful. Dr. was polite, listened to my complaints and history. He was efficient, inquisitive, thoughtful and thorough. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

In Jan 2023, I went in the Douglasville office for the first time looking to have some skin tags removed from under my eye. My visit ended up with the doctor telling me what he wanted to do and he did not remove it. I paid my visit which I told them I wasn' suppose to because my insurance pays it all. They assured me I would get my refund if the insurance paid. The second visit was worse than the first. They left me in the room until I opened the door and said if he was coming in or not. I had waited a total of 45 minutes. He comes in still will not remove my skin tag, stated he wanted to make sure my insurance would pay and gave me a cream. At this point I don' want to return. The following month I check on my refund and they keep telling me I have to wait for the insurance, this went on for 5 months! Even after the insurance had paid it all they wanted me to wait another 30 days! Then after the 30 days she wanted me to wait another 2 weeks.

I had an 8:30 appt scheduled by someone in the office 3 months ago. When I show up today the doors are locked and no one is there. Someone arrived at 8:45 and rudely tells me they do not schedule 8:30 appt. The 1st person went to get someone who was even more disrespectful and argumentative that they do not schedule 8:30 am appts. Again, I showed the messages and was told that they do not schedule 8:30 appointments even with the documented text messages. Then they found my appointment but didn’t initially admit to it. I admit; I was a bit feisty because I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and they repeatedly called me a liar. Anyone would be upset when their integrity is called into question I will say this is my 3rd visit in a year and the 3rd front office team so that may tell you something, too. Be prepared to have your integrity questioned.

I went to Dr Agha because I needed a new prescription for my psoriasis and he informed me I had another skin issue I didn't know I had. I have been to him several times now and he has been nothing but professional and kind. His staff is very nice and polite. I have found my forever dermatologist with Dr.Agha.

Hands down best experience bat a dermatologist ever.
