I am appalled at how bad this doctor and his staff were. The quote given over the phone was doubled when I got there. I tried to tell the doctor and staff that they had the benefits of my insurance wrong. The condencending, rude doctor implied that I was stupid and refused to have my insurance run again. Later I found out they had charged me "out of network" instead of "in network." He claimed to be in network. I will be checking on that. The doctor refused to listen to anything I said. He did unnecessary tests. I had my surgeons order for 1 test. I belive the doctor did this to make more money. He was uncaring and extremely rude. I've had the test he perfomed before and this doctor made it more painful than necessary. I actually have bruises from the puncture marks. Honestly, if I hadn't already been diagnosed by another doctor, I would not have believed anything Dr. Shukla told me. I wouldn't go back to him if he was the only doctor on the planet!

Wonderful Doctor wonderful staff! I cannot say enough on behalf of this office. I was actually able to make an appointment in a very timely manner. I was very apprehensive and they made me feel comfortable, so caring. Dr Shukla took time to explain in detail my concerns. I would definitely recommend this office

Amitabh Shukla is one of the worst doctors that I have ever had the misfortune to be referred to. He is patronizing, impatient, rude, condescending and unprofessional. The few times that I did go see him I had to wait way beyond my appointment time and then another 30 to 45 minutes in the exam room. He spent no more than 5-10 minutes maximum each time. Does not provide or explain diagnostic test or other medical procedures results. He is a bully and there is not enough space to fully explain

I have been a patient of Dr. Shukl's for many years. I find him and his staff very friendly, supportive and compassionate. I would highly recommend him. He takes the time to listen to you and is not only concerned with the physical aspects of your problems but how they affect you emotionally. He asks me how everything is going with me and is concerned with my happiness and how I am dealing with my problem. He has never suggested having unnecessary tests done. He is an excellent doctor.

Not likely to recommend. The office staff is beyond horrendous. They never call back, mess up the paper work and in general treat patients badly. They act as if you are bothering them when contacted. Save you’re self the misery and find another doctor. You are already sick and don’t need more pain in your life. The doctor itself is good but that does not help with bad front office and bad management, the doctor must be aware of this and chooses to ignore it otherwise he needs to do a better job

Shukla diagnosed my Mother 82 yrs. of age. Told her, Hold out your hands. and stated, Looks good, are you taking your meds? Mom states, Yes. After a few minutes more he then asks if she needed a refill. I intervened and said, No and she has not been taking them. He said, No (startled) and asks her to hold out her hands. He then stated, You need some Xrays. You would be AMAZED how Shukla attempts to Cover Up after I went and had 3, other Dr's. Opinions. DISHONEST and DECEITFUL..!!
