Went to Bhalwany for 6 years+, treated for hypertension so I saw him every three months. 30 minutes before my recent appointment, the office called after confirming with me a day before and indicated that I will need a new doctor as the they do not accept my insurance anymore (major carrier - Cigna). I asked to have my prescription for blood pressure medication renewed and they declined. The staff is horrible. Katherine, their office insurance person and receptionist, hung the phone up on me.
