Dr. Awad is great. He takes care of his patients and follows up with their care. He's thorough when he does procedures and explains everything. I needed surgery and he made sure I got the best surgeon for the problem that I had. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I know I will always be in good hands when I have an appointment at that office. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Awad is great ...
Dr Awad listens and discusses things in a direct manner. I am very comfortable with him as my Gastroenterologist. I only gave 4 stars for this review - I would give a 5 star ranking except for the fact that it is very difficult to talk to anyone over the phone. The scheduling department does not answer, you have to leave a message and then they don't call you back. And some of the scheduling people can be rude and or condescending once you do get to talk with someone. Again, I think the doctor is great. Not so impressed with the support staff at their central call center.

I actually got to see a doctor instead of an ARNP. I explained that their ARNPs are excell deent but it is good also to be able to see a doctor.
